This frit is a transparent colour and is available in powder, grain and fine grades.
Frits are versatile and can be used in:
· Pate de verre and kilncasting
· Kilnforming, including glass sketching and painting with light techniques
· Torchworking and blowing, to create colours and patterns on surfaces

Testing of this colour has found that to maintain the Amber Transparent colour you will need to cover the frit in clear powder or cap with sheet. If the frit is not covered it will change to a metallic rough surface.
See examples: Test is on Oceanside Icicle clear. First cab shown is with the frit sandwiched between 2 layers of clear. Second Cab on the right is with the frit on top.
Hence, to maintain the amber colouring you will need to cover in clear power to maintain the frit on top look or put clear sheet over the design.
