Do you have a retail store?
No. Chockadoo is a pure online store. Our premises is not setup for the public.
What is a rod and how many are in 250 grams?
Great question! The glass comes in a bundle of 10 kilos and is approximately a metre in length. The length varies between 98-105 cms. A rod is a third of the length i.e. 33-35cm

Can I purchase Full or Half glass sheets?
Yes, Full sheets of Oceanside (60x60cm) and Bullseye (89cmx52cmx3mm or Tekta 3mm/6mm 60x60cm, or 2mm x43x50cm).
We also sell Half sheets of standard Bullseye (45x52x0.3cm) and Oceanside (60x30cm).
Note: There is a $60 crate fee for full sheets, no matter how many you order. This fee covers the cost of the box that protects the sheets during shipping. To get a shipping quote, please ask for a shipping quote.
Orders
Can I add to my order after it's placed?
Yes you can, assuming we haven't packed it already!
Simply reach out to us in the chat online or email us at sales@chockadoo.com.au to let us know.
When will my order be posted and how long will it take?
Our standard shipping is within 2 working days of chockadoo receiving your order.
If you need your order fast you may choose a quicker shipping method (e.g. Express Post) or contact us for appropriate options. Please note, Bowraville (2449) Post Office is not in the Express Post network hence there is next day delivery available.
Discounts and Gift Certificates
Can I add a discount on my order after its placed?
No. Gift Certificates, Loyalty Points calculations and Coupons are automatically generated within our system, we are unable to be added once your order is placed.
How do I claim my discount?

Note: you can only apply a single code per order and due to the complexity of gift certificates, loyalty points calculations/coupon creations we will not add discounts after you have placed your order.
Do you have gift certificates?
Great for last minute gift ideas. Select the dollar amount you would like to buy for the Gift Certificate.
