Sam (@hextasyGlass) tested the Sea Green rod and found it to be a heavily saturated yet transparent deep blue/teal, characteristic of the Reichenbach family. When used in a neutral flame, it is non-fussy and enjoyable to melt. While the solid rod form may not seem overly interesting, it excels in blown work, colour mixing, twisties, and frit.

The true beauty of Sea Green emerges when mixed with clear glass, creating stunning deep blue/teal hues. Using a small amount of Sea Green with a larger amount of clear results in unique and vibrant colours. Additionally, when combined with Reichenbach enamel white, the blue tones become even more pronounced, adding depth and richness to your work.
